Appearance[]
Ryota has fair skin, light brown hair and green eyes. He tends to wear casual clothing only really wearing fancy clothes when he deems an occasion “special”.
Personality[]
Ryota is fairly rough around the edges and likes to keep a tough exterior so he can’t be seen to have weaknesses. It’s very rare that he shows affection in public and usually acts quite cold to even people he is close to including Wan Wan his trusted ninken. Though despite his tough exterior he does care deep down, when alone he often plays around with Wan Wan as a younger child would play around with their dog. If he realizes he has been too tough on someone he will always make an effort to genuinely apologize even if his tone of voice may not really convey it that way.
Ryota’s ninken Wan Wan has grown up with Ryota since he was young. Wan Wan tries to imitate the tough exterior that Ryota displays sometimes acting like a mutt, but this is really only for the sake of Ryota. Wan Wan is actually a very kind ninken to those that treat him or Ryota well. Although incapable of speech Wan Wan often tries to apologize for Ryota. He is very loyal to Ryota even if Ryota may not always be nice to him.
Background[]
Ryota was given a ninken at the age of 13 as a gift for starting in the academy. Ryota initially hated the ninken, he found him too clingy and seemed to bark too often leading Ryota to name him Wan Wan. Ryota and Wan Wan fought quite often with Ryota wanting to get rid of Wan Wan all together. He would put Wan Wan in the rubbish bin for the day and later after feeling bad would come back and find Wan Wan jumping out of the bin showering Ryota with affection despite what he had done. Over time Ryota learnt the loyalty Wan Wan had for him and grew to accept Wan Wan as an invaluable companion.
Ryota began to play and train with Wan Wan, and began to build an unbreakable bond between the two of them. Ryota saw Wan Wan as his best friend who despite how mean he was to him at times would always view him as a friend as well.
Combat Style[]
Ryota doesn’t particularly like much himself. He differs from a lot of the Fortnite clan in how he doesn’t often combo with Wan Wan unless he deems it necessary. He generally sits back in a battle strategizing and providing support to Wan Wan as he fights. Despite this Ryota knows that Wan Wan if vulnerable to attacks so won’t hesitate to act when it’s needed.
