Background[]
Never considered a particularly gifted shinobi, Ansoni (or Soni) nevertheless made jonin after many years of rigorous training and work. After several field training exercises he was invited to apply for the ANBU which he did for a uncommonly short stint. The relationship didn't last, not because he did a poor job, but because he regularly disagreed with his superiors, sometimes going to ridiculous lengths to prove whatever he thought his point was. His time in the ANBU done, he now works odd jobs as a regular shinobi again, often finding himself in situations where his way with words can be put to use.
Personality[]
Ansoni was considered a troublemaker, even by his own family, who are resigned to deal with his wordiness. He speaks with an odd and aggressive accent, which can make even harmless comments seem like threats. However, he is well known for being able to talk his way into and out of many situations, which served him well during operations where he needed to gather intel from the inside. His personality can be most closely compared to that of a mobster, which makes for rather prideful and selfish demeanor.
Appearance[]
Ansoni has always been a standout, in terms of style at least. He commonly wears his hair gelled, and isn't afraid of changing his wardrobe now and again when he grows bored. He can be hot headed, and when drinking often becomes noticeably flushed in the face.
Combat Style[]
Ansoni prefers a relatively direct combat style, but isn't above using ninjutsu tricks or illusions to give himself an edge. Growing up picking taijutsu fights with other children, fisticuffs is his forte; Short and to the point gets the job done rather than complex and methodical. However, he has learned to augment his stealth capabilities with simple, sound based genjutsu. He is one of the few jonin he knows that does not have an elemental chakra nature.
